THE STORY OF ACA

Known as the "Academy Awards for Art," Art Comes Alive (ACA) is embarking on its 14th year of helping artists get thier work in front of art-industry professionals such as interior designers, art galleries, private collectors, and in corporate collections. Each year the art competition gets bigger and better, and this year over $400,000 in awards will  be given to artists through gallery contracts, purchase awards, publishing contracts, and more!

As an experienced art dealer with over 40 years in the art industry, Sylvia specializes in selling contemporary fine art and sculpture. Previously, as the owner of the Malton Gallery, Sylvia earned the reputation of one of the premier art dealers in the area and now she brings her experience to ADC..

Recently promoted to Gallery Director, Annie has expanded her knowledge of working in a commercial gallery. She works on client projects, updates the website, talks to artists every day, oversees the art inventory and manages the exhibitions in the gallery, including last year's amazing ACA.

Julia has recently joined the ADC team with great enthusiasm, motivation, and the desire to promote all things ADC. She is savvy in social media as well as e-marketing and when she is not working at ADC, she is creating artwork and studying for a Fine Art degree at the prestigious DAAP, University of Cincinnati.

Vinings Gallery, established in 1999, is a prominent fixture in Atlanta's art scene. They represent multiple artists and are always looking for new talent. Curate 30A, located in Rosemary Beach, Florida, is Gary's newest endevour and represents contemporary artists. 

ART COMES ALIVE (ACA) is an international, juried fine-art competition and exhibit that awards emerging and professional artists. For our FALL COMPETITION, the top 200 artists will be invited to exhibit at ADC's 13,000 sqft. gallery in trendy OTR, Cincinnati. We will also have an opening night on November 18th for anyone who would like to attend the Awards Ceremony.
