A former four-time All-American National Champion athlete at Ohio State University, Heather is also a mom who balances her successful career with family life.

Amy Scalia

Marketing Director, ADC Fine Art

Amy Scalia is a mom of three and the Marketing Director at ADC. If you’ve seen any of the gallery’s social media, that’s her behind it! A fun fact about Amy: she was once a foreign exchange student in Dijon, France, an experience that helped shape her love of storytelling and connection.

Amy will be joined by her children Sofia, Lola, and Nico Scalia.

Litsa Spanos

President, ADC Fine Art

Litsa is an award-winning gallery owner and art consultant specializing in corporate, healthcare, and residential spaces, as well as working with private collectors and interior designers. She transformed a retired popcorn factory into a 13,000 sq ft gallery and framing facility, with ADC now ranked among the top 2% of women-owned businesses nationwide. She is also a mother of three daughters and enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Mila.

Litsa will be joined by her daughters Hannah, Angel, and Sophia Spanos as well as her granddaughter Mila Rose.

Since starting her career in 2023, she has quickly built a strong track record, earning Rookie of the Year honors for her outstanding performance. Known for her integrity, communication, and client-first approach, Ingrid specializes in a range of buyers and sellers, delivering a seamless real estate experience. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she is also a proud dog mom.

Jamie is a mom, artist, and interior designer known for her creative eye and versatility across mediums. Her art journey was shaped early on when Litsa awarded her first recognition as Best Abstract Artist, a moment that helped launch her career and continues to inspire her work today.

Diana leads impactful, community-focused communications at the University of Cincinnati's Office of Innovation. With a background in broadcast journalism, she brings a dynamic storytelling approach to her work. She also serves as a keynote speaker and emcee, inspiring others through her journey and belief that with courage and determination, sí se puede.

Diana will be joined by her fur baby Marley.

Michelle Goldfarb

Michelle is a Cincinnati native whose career bridges fashion and real estate. After studying fashion in California and working as an executive stylist in Nashville, she transitioned into pre-construction sales in Miami. Now back in Cincinnati, she brings a refined aesthetic and client-focused approach to real estate, helping curate elevated lifestyle experiences for her clients.

Noel Ripley

Sports Broadcasting MLB Network

With 23 years in the aviation industry, Noel built a career rooted in precision, adaptability, and a passion for connecting people. She's since transitioned into sports broadcasting with MLB Network, bringing that same energy to a fast-paced new field. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and traveling.

She enjoys all that Cincinnati has to offer and loves fitness, fashion, design, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Heidi is a mixed media artist who creates entirely with her hands, using texture and movement to express emotion on canvas. Inspired by a creative upbringing, She's pursued art as a lifelong passion, earning multiple awards from ADC's Art Comes Alive competition (2017–2019).

Heidi will be joined by her daughters Josie and Ava Hines as well as her granddaughter Sailor Blue.

Lisa Hensler

A lifelong Cincinnatian, Lisa has experienced the city from many perspectives, from growing up on the West Side to building a career in commercial real estate downtown. After raising four children she and her husband now live in Mount Adams, where they enjoy life surrounded by a growing family of grandchildren.

Lisa will be joined by her daughter Heidi and her granddaughter.
