Litsa Spanos
President
Litsa is the heart behind ADC Fine Art—a nationally recognized gallery she founded over 30 years ago. An award-winning art consultant, she works with everyone from private collectors to major healthcare and hospitality groups. She has turned an old popcorn machine factory into a stunning gallery space (true story!) and still finds the same joy in creating as she did making a clay pot for her mom as a kid. Litsa lives in Cincinnati with her husband Van, their three amazing daughters, and their corgi, Slippers—aka the “art doggie” who attends every exhibit.
Sylvia Rombis
Creative Partner & Art Consultant
Sylvia Rombis is a seasoned art dealer with over 40 years of experience and a passion for all things creative. Formerly the owner of Cincinnati’s Malton Gallery, she now brings her expertise to ADC Fine Art, curating stunning exhibitions in their 13,000 sq. ft. space. A former product designer in the fashion world, Sylvia has a sharp eye for beauty and loves helping collectors find the perfect piece. She’s also a passionate traveler, hiker, foodie, and urban explorer who finds joy in nature, great design, and even better meals. Fun fact: many of her collectors become friends—and vice versa!

Annie Kautz
Gallery Director
Annie started at ADC as an intern while studying photography at Ohio University—and never left! Now Gallery Director, she’s the heart of our operations, leading everything from curating exhibitions and managing artist relationships to running our virtual design services and coordinating ADC’s booths at national shows like Red Dot Miami and the Scottsdale Ferrari Art Fair. She thrives in the fast-paced, creative gallery world and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not at work, Annie’s hanging with her cats, Casper and Zero, or off trying new restaurants with her friends (even as a vegetarian, she’s always up for something adventurous!)
Amy Scalia
Marketing Director
Amy is ADC’s Marketing Director and a dynamic force behind everything from our SmartSell artist program to unforgettable gallery events. She’s passionate about connecting with artists through SmartSell, helping them grow their careers and feel supported every step of the way. Amy also oversees all things social media, keeping our audience inspired and engaged with fresh content and behind-the-scenes peeks. A long-time friend of ADC founder Litsa Spanos, Amy brings heart, hustle, and a deep love for the arts to everything she does. Outside the gallery, she shares her everyday adventures with her family on her popular Instagram page. And fun fact: she’s also an avid runner who has completed 3 full marathons and more than 20 5K races!

Chance Smith
Assistant Gallery Director
Chance is ADC’s newly promoted Assistant Gallery Director and a rising star on our team. While studying at the University of Cincinnati, they expertly manage inventory, update the website, and installing artwork—working closely with Ian to carefully handle, position, and secure each piece. Chance also assists with shipping logistics, ensuring art arrives safely and on time. They maintain strong communication with artists and play a key part in coordinating major shows like Art Comes Alive and Radiance. Beyond the gallery, Chance is an award-winning short story author, bringing creativity and attention to detail to everything they do.
Ian Simon
Preparator
Ian is ADC’s go-to preparator and shipping expert—aka the guy who makes the gallery look amazing and run like clockwork. Whether he’s packing and unpacking art (a true art form), installing pieces for clients, or getting everything perfectly placed for an exhibition, Ian keeps it all moving smoothly. He’s also an artist himself and has a deep love for all things art. Outside the gallery, you’ll find him hanging out with his wife Lauren and their son Milo, playing in the park, spending time with friends, or tackling projects around the house.

Christian Koczeniak
Framer & Rausch Studios Artist
Christian is ADC’s resident artist and the creative force behind Rausch Studios. He got his start in the frame shop in 2017, handling everything from intricate custom work to large-scale projects, before moving into his current role creating bold, commissioned pieces for galleries, corporate clients, and private collectors across the U.S. and internationally. Specializing in stainless steel and copper, Christian also enjoys working with wood in his free time. His adventurous spirit isn’t limited to the studio—he once lived in a tent for a month in the Guatemalan rainforest in the ’90s! These days, he’s happiest creating art and spending time with his young son, Leo.
Avery Doyle
Social Media Intern
Avery is ADC’s confident and creative Social Media Intern who has quickly become an important part of the team. From day one, she brought fresh energy and fun ideas that keep our social media channels lively and engaging. Avery is always behind the camera capturing great content and often stars in many of our popular reels, helping to showcase the vibrant spirit of our gallery. Alongside her internship, she’s a dedicated student balancing her studies with her passion for storytelling through social media. Fun fact: Avery designed her own Irish dance solo dress, showing her unique creativity and dedication even outside the gallery!

Joshua Donald
Fashion Marketing Intern
Joshua is ADC’s Fashion Marketing Intern and a driven student at the University of Cincinnati. Known for his can-do attitude and natural knack for organization, he has quickly become a key player on the team. Working closely with Amy, Joshua has taken the lead in coordinating the fashion show for our upcoming Picture of Health event, as well as the highly anticipated Wearable Art Fashion Show happening this September. On the side, he also models in Reclaimed Runways, bringing style and confidence to the runway. His dedication and focus keep these events running smoothly and looking spectacular.
Merrin Woods
Gallery Intern
Merrin is ADC’s versatile Gallery Intern and a dedicated student at the University of Cincinnati. Always hands-on and eager to help, she jumps at every opportunity to support the team. From assisting Ian with unpacking art for shows to carefully ensuring every piece is properly stored, Merrin keeps the gallery running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s also contributed to creating engaging social media content, showcasing her wide-ranging skills. While she’s an animal lover at heart, Merrin has a surprising allergy to guinea pigs!

Sadie Kohlman
Events Intern
Sadie is ADC’s newest Events Intern, and she’s already making a big impact by actively helping to find leads and book events at our stunning gallery space. As a student at Indiana University, Sadie brings a fresh perspective and eagerness to ADC. Her positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made her a great addition to the team. A fun fact about Sadie: she previously lived in Singapore!
Slippers
Art Dog
Meet Slippers—our beloved “art dog” and unofficial mascot of ADC! With her tiny paws and big personality, she’s a regular at our events, a frequent star on our social media, and the undisputed queen of boosting office morale. Whether she’s greeting guests with tail wags or snoozing between art installs, Slippers brings a whole lot of charm to the gallery. In her free time, she’s a dedicated ball-chaser and treat enthusiast. Let’s be honest—she might just be the real boss around here!
