What started out with only a staff of two, the family-run business has flourished into a staff of almost 50. Bobbles & Lace opened in Cincinnati because Amanda saw a critical gap—our city was missing a space where women could access high fashion without the high price tag. She believes style should be empowering, expressive, and most of all, accessible. This boutique is more than just a shop—it's a dream built from a love of fashion and a passion for helping women feel confident in what they wear. Whether you're dressing for a big moment or just your everyday magic, Bobbles & Lace seeks to make every woman feel seen, stylish, and unstoppable. To add to that, we go beyond just selling clothes—we offer complimentary head-to-toe styling to help women create looks that feel as good as they look. Gussied Up: Ashlee Wooten

Gussied Up is a one-of-a-kind custom hat bar experience specializing in creating personalized Western-inspired hats that are as unique as the people who wear them. Every hat is transformed with carefully curated embellishments—ribbons, feathers, charms, and even live branding with our signature torch—making each piece a wearable work of art. We bring the hat bar to you, setting up at private parties, corporate gatherings, and boutique pop-ups. Whether it’s a girls’ night out, a wedding weekend, a team-building event, or a shopping experience, Gussied Up adds a creative and memorable activity that guests will talk about long after the last hat is designed. With an eye for style and a passion for craftsmanship, Gussied Up isn’t just about hats—it’s about sparking joy, celebrating individuality, and giving every guest the chance to leave a little more “gussied up” than they arrived.

Chic Art Fusion: Rachelle Gaither

What began in 2020 as a fascination for charcoal, acrylic and chalk pastels lead to water marbling. This technique involves floating paints on the surface of water to create intricate, swirling designs. The beauty reflects both control and chaos. Each piece is unique and impossible to replicate. It's like a moment in time, "captured." Thus began CHIC Art Fusion in February 2024. My medium of choice is various types of wood, Italian leather, Charmeuse and Habotai Silk. "Experiences" creating your own silk are offered in Lexington, Kentucky. 

Moon Angel LLC: Annabella Mordino

Moon Angel LLC. is a growing small business, brought to life by Annabella, a student in her senior year studying Fashion Design at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Pursuing fashion design and creating a clothing business of her own have been dreams of Annabella since her early childhood. At Moon Angel LLC. we strive to make functional, stylish clothing for anyone. Moon Angel hand crafts every look to be whimsical, wearable and well-made, one of a kind garments from start to finish. Using mostly second hand and vintage materials, Moon Angel designs use a maximalist approach, creating detailed, feminine and expressive pieces by stitching various materials together and bringing new life to old garments. While most design inspiration is derived from nature, past decades and the supernatural, the fabric and materials available tend to drive the design process, allowing for that true one of one look.
