We had an incredible evening in Cincinnati with EO members and guests as we welcomed artist, architect, best-selling author, chairman, and philanthropist Lawrence Armstrong. Flying in from California, he shared stories from his journey and insights from his new book Layered Leadership—a powerful look into creativity, innovation, and vision.
Lawrence spoke about the challenges and rewards of leading a $200M+ firm, as well as the joy he finds through the creative process. Guests also had the chance to view his artwork, connect with him personally, and take home signed copies of his book.
It was an inspiring night filled with conversation, art, and community.
