Success Summit: Allison Banzhaf
Senior Art Consultant, Art Design Consultants, Inc. (ADC)
Allison was born & raised in Cincinnati and could write a book on all the cities’ “bests.” She knows the best places to eat, shop, sight see, and be entertained! Allison has studied ballet her entire life & achieved her degree in Business and Art History at Western State Colorado University. When she is not working, Allison enjoys traveling with friends and snuggling with her tiny pup, Beanie.
During both large & small projects, Allison works alongside our clients from beginning to end. As Senior Art Consultant her job entails project time projection, helping clients choose the right artwork & custom/contract framing, and seeing each client through to the day of delivery and installation. Allison has been our leading lady for consistently bringing in new projects and new clients for the past six years.
How To Get Work Into Healthcare Environments
- Do you know what it takes to get your artwork in healthcare facilities?
- How does art create opportunities for healing, engagement and positive experiences?
- How does art reinforce and support the client’s brand?
- How does art complement the architecture, interior design and architectural finishes?
- How is art selected, created and purchased?
In this session, Allison, Julia Schneck, and Mary Dietrich will give you answers to these questions and lead a detailed discussion of why Art and Wellness is an important issue for healthcare facilities. You’ll also take away valuable information on how to promote your work, discover what potential clients are looking for, how they budget for art and how timing is critical in the overall process. Julia, Allison, and Mary will give you insider information on the critical role they played in placing over 300 original paintings, mixed media works, sculptures and drawings into one of the larges hospitals in the country.
