This month I celebrated another birthday and in honor of that occasion I have dedicated this blog to looking and feeling younger! Bright and vibrant colors work like a strong cup of coffee, awakening you with a refreshing jolt of energy! These are the kind of colors that can make you look and feel your best—and who doesn’t want that?
Pretty in Pink
Hot pink is the incredible upgrade from the soft ballerina pink you loved as a little girl. It’s the color of your wild and sassy side—your favorite lipstick shade for a Saturday night out with friends. This color will give you and your space the energy and pizzazz you’ve been searching for!

Chartreuse; C’est Chic!
Chartreuse is gutsy and unexpected which is why I am so head over heels in love with it! This very modern “sour apple” green is attention grabbing and edgy. It reflects light brilliantly which helps brighten up even the darkest rooms. You’re never too old to use colors with this much personality!

Feeling Fabulous with Fuchsia
Now here is a color that truly looks amazing on everyone—every skin tone and every hair color! Fuchsia clearly loves us, so why not love it back? Why not bring some of that perfection into your home? This color has just the right amount of vibrancy; it’s got punched without be obnoxious. Fuchsia is the color of flowers and sunsets… why not take one of nature’s most intense and passionate colors and bring it indoors?

I’ve Got the Blues
Colors don’t have to be loud or intense to be youthful. Dusty, cool blues—and even green blues—can be incredibly romantic and make you feel
so young! This color reminds you of lullibies and baby blankets—the fresh mist off the ocean coast on an overcast morning. It is the color of reflection and memories—bringing into focus to all your favorite moments. Blue is refreshing, and airy—and helps you to sit back, relax and reminisce…

Red is rich, bold, and expresses confidence. This is a color that nearly all cultures associate with strength and both men and women love equally. A touch of red in a room is like a spark in the night. Red gives life to space. It is a fast car, the red carpet, an evening gown—the color of lust and love. Red is a must!

Not So Mellow, Yellow
What could possibly make you feel younger then a day in the sunshine? Nothing seems to compare to the bright glow of sun rays and the warmth it can bring to you and an environment. Bright colors light up your face in tone and in spirit—making you look and feel years younger! Yellow make you smile and laugh (so that’s
why blondes “have more fun?”) Who doesn’t want to walk into a room and immediately have their mood improve?

Happy Birthday to YOU!
The moral of the story is that you’re only as old as you allow yourself to feel! So give your walls some personality with the artwork that brings you energy and excitement! This year on your birthday treat yourself to some color that makes you look and feel your absolute
best! And, hey…if it’s too hard to wait, maybe your birthday can come a little early this year! (wink, wink.)
